SHARING KNOWLEDGE AND INSPIRING OTHERS WITH WHAT I CONTINUE TO LEARN
In my practice, I draw on my experience in the corporate world, my academic background in sociology and political science, my travels around the world, and my exposure to a wide variety of cultures. In coaching, I use words, space, and movement, always depending on the client's personality and needs. My approach is holistic.
I believe in the unlimited potential and inner wisdom of every person. It is my pleasure to be part of the process in which people and organizations grow and break through their limits.
I studied sociology and political science at Masaryk University in Brno. I traveled widely, spent a study period at Luiss Guido Carli University in Rome, earned a Ph.D. in political science, worked as a member of a research team and as a university lecturer, took part in conferences, and published academic articles.
Later, I moved into the corporate world, where I developed training strategies, taught soft skills, implemented internal communication guidelines, set up HR processes, and focused on developing human potential. In time, it felt natural to start sharing this knowledge and experience under my own brand.
